Results driven certified PMP, CSM and ITIL v3 IT Project manager with over 18 years’ experience managing, developing and maintaining online applications and databases for Federal and local government agencies/clients. Well versed in CMMI level 5 concepts, processes and methodologies as well as Agile software development. I have been involved and have hands on experience in all aspects of the software development life-cycle from planning/initiation to project closing. I specialize in requirements development/management, customer relations and providing and implementing solutions and process improvements of both technical and business processes.

I am a self motivated leader and self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills. I am committed and dedicated to the constant improvement and implementation of enterprise level development and process improvement standards and services which help to reduce risk and costs to my clients and that improve the function of the services and support that I support and manage.
